1. How the buying process works?

     Once your order is paid successfully, we will confirm the shoe size and recipient information with you, and arrange the warehouse to take QC pictures for confirmation, which usually takes 1-3 working days. 

      After your confirmation, the shoes will be shipped within 1-2 working days. You can ask us for the tracking number in 3-5 working days to track your package. It usually takes 7-25 days to be deliveried.

      From China.

4. How can I track my package?

      You can check the QC link we sent you before in 3-7 day after the shoes are shipped to check;

      Or ask me for the tracking number in 3-7 days  to check the latest shipping status of the shoes.

5. Will the shoes be stopped by customs?

      We have a strong logistics service partner to ensure that your shoes can pass through customs. If they are really intercepted by customs, we will send you a new pair of shoes for free.

7. After-sales policy?

     (1) Quality issues:If you find that the sneakers have quality issues after receiving them, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service. We will evaluate and make corresponding compensation.
